24 states sue Trump over new global tariffs

A coalition of 24 states are suing the Trump administration to block a new 10% global tariff.

They’re asking the Court of International Trade to declare the new import taxes illegal and prevent them from being implemented.

This comes after the Supreme Court ruled President Trump’s previous and historically high tariffs were illegal.

This week, a federal judge ruled Trump must pay back up to $182 billion collected by the government from American companies.
