Wendy’s looking for a ‘Chief Tasting Officer’

A popular fast food chain wants to pay you six figures just to eat.

Wendy’s is on a nationwide search for a Chief Tasting Officer.

For $100,000 a year, you’ll taste Wendy’s menu items, create content, share creative feedback, and help the company keep a pulse on what’s trending in fast food. 

“Basically, you’ll get paid to eat Wendy’s, be chill, maybe make some content and maybe even star in ads,” a Wendy’s promo for the position says. “Whether its quarterly vlog check-ins, taste trending or whatever, you’ll make cheddar just for liking cheddar.”

The remote role also requires very little travel. Wendy’s says you can expect to go places like your local Wendy’s and or the couch. The required credentials listed for the job are a human mouth, a pulse, opinions, creativity, and, most importantly, taste.

To enter, Wendy’s is asking you to post a 60-second video on a public account to Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #WendysCTOContest and tag the official Wendy’s account.
