1 dead, 1 hurt after rush hour crash in north Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD is investigating after a deadly crash on Statesville Road.

It happened just after 5:30 Thursday night near Twin Lakes Parkway. One person is dead and another is hurt.

Right now, still no word from investigators on what may have led up to that crash.
