CMPD makes arrest in deadly stabbing in southeast Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD investigators say they’ve made an arrest after a deadly stabbing Tuesday in southeast Charlotte. One person was killed in the attack at the home on Maple Shade Lane.

Officers say 51-year-old Drazan Sinanovic has been charged with first degree murder. Right now, the victim’s name in that attack has yet to be released.

There’s no word yet on what led up to that deadly violence.
