Sixth Annual “Heroes Bowl,” benefitting first responders returns this weekend

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Sixth Annual Heroes Bowl returns this weekend.
Charlotte Fire Department firefighter, Kyle Potochar is a member of CFD’s Lacrosse team and stopped by the studio to tell us all about the event.

During a “Battle of the Badges,” portion of the event, the CFD Inferno will take on the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Hornets.

Funds raised during the game will go towards the Salute to Heroes Foundation which benefits first responders.
