Harris County Judge Nathan Milliron, caught on viral video berating an I.T. worker in court, is now ordering an attorney to appear before him, after that lawyer called out his behavior. The attorney says it’s free speech. The judge says itβs improper communication. Now the backlash is growing, with critics questioning not just his temperament, but his judgment on the bench. This is not the judge’s first time losing his cool on the bench. Another video shows Milliron losing his temper with a defense attorney mid-hearing in another tense courtroom exchange.
