CHARLOTTE, NC – Lionel Rodrigues Smith was arrested Monday morning in connection to the murder of Odell Davis in West Charlotte.
Charlotte Mecklenburg Police say the deadly shooting took place Sunday at the 8100 block of Paw Club Drive.
Investigators say Davis and Smith got into an altercation before shots were fired.
Forty three year old Smith, faces a first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon charge.
