CHARLOTTE, N.C. (News Release) β The Carolina Panthers signed an offensive player out of Nebraska who started his college career as a quarterback and ended it as a tight end.
Henrich Haarberg played three seasons at Nebraska (2023-25), his first two playing quarterback prior to switching to tight end for his senior season. He totaled seven scrimmage touchdowns (six rushing, one receiving) in his college career.
The Panthers also announced they waived linebacker Jamil Muhammad after joining the Panthers during the 2025 season.
Muhammad spent time on the practice squad last season.
