Concord Police charge 17-year-old accused shooter as adult in deadly double shooting
CONCORD, N.C. – Concord Police have arrested a teen accused in a deadly double shooting, and they are charging him as an adult. Investigators say 17-year-old Keshaun Degraffenreid shot and killed a 47-year-old man who tried to intervene during a fight with his girlfriend.
It happened just after 12:30 Monday morning on Bedlington Drive Northwest. The girlfriend, who is 16, also got shot by Degraffenreid according to police, and was taken to the hospital.
There’s no word on her condition.
