CMPD looking for road rage suspect who shot another driver on I-485

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police need help finding the person who opened fire on I-485 Saturday morning. They’re looking for the driver of a silver sedan. They say that person shot into a gray Jeep, seriously injuring the driver.

It happened around 11 Saturday morning between exits three and four.

Anyone who knows who the car belongs to is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 704-334-1600. You could get a cash reward for tips that lead to an arrest.
