Rain moves into the Carolinas late Thursday into Friday

How much rain we see will depend on where the low pressure tracks

Forecast:

Wednesday: Isolated AM showers mainly to the south. Clouds decrease with skies becoming mostly sunny. Highs near in the upper 80s. Breezy.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Humidity increases so feeling muggy again. Highs in the low 90s. Isolated showers and storms. Windy with gusts up to 35 mph.

Friday: Scattered showers and storms as tropical moisture and a cold front bring the Carolinas rain. How much rain we see still depends where the low tracks. Right now, rain looks to peak overnight into early Friday. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.

Weekend: Dry and hot. Highs in the upper 80s, near 90.
