CMPD searching for missing man last seen on Tuesday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD detectives need your help locating a missing 74-year-old Charlotte man.

Samuel Huggins was last seen Tuesday on Breezehill Lane. Police say he has a cognitive impairment, and a Silver Alert has been requested.

He is believed to be driving a white 2021 Hyundai Kona with North Carolina license plate REX-5534. The car has red, bedazzled door handles.
