4 more arrested in deadly drive-by shooting that killed teen boy
CHESTERFIELD CO., S.C. – The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office has arrested four more people in connection with the 2024 drive-by shooting death of 13-year-old Jacob Duncan.
Deputies arrested Jacob Garcia, Tasma Garcia, and Jacob Rangel. They are charged with accessory after the fact and misprision.
A fourth suspect, Andrew Rogers, faces a charge of misprision. Misprision is the concealment of a serious crime. Investigators say all four withheld critical information or helped conceal the truth about the teenager’s death.
The Sheriff’s Office says more arrests are possible.
