Crumbl employees fired after video shows them doing hair inside the cookie store

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – We’ve learned at least two of the employees seen in cell phone video doing hair inside a Crumbl cookies shop in Charlotte have been fired.

We first showed you the video Tuesday night. A customer took it Saturday night at the location on South Kings Drive. It appears to show an employee sitting on a ladder while another employee stands above her applying oil to her scalp.

Crumbl called the situation “inappropriate” saying they discarded all dough on site, brought in a professional cleaning crew, and took “appropriate action” with the employees involved.
