Gastonia Police searching for Dollar Tree arson suspect
GASTONIA, N.C. – Gastonia Police are searching for a suspected arsonist accused of setting fire to a Dollar Tree. Surveillance photos show the suspect at the scene on South York Road on July 5th.
Police say the fire forced part of US 321 to close for several hours while firefighters battled the blaze. We’re told the fire destroyed the building and caused $1 million worth of damage.
Anyone who recognizes this person is asked to call Gastonia Police.
