ATV driver in Kings Mountain dies after colliding with truck

KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. – Police say an ATV driver has died in Kings Mountain after colliding with a truck. According to investigators, it happened when 20-year-old Damieon Brinson swerved to avoid a gravel patch.

It was just after 6:30 Saturday night on Sara Lee Access Road. Brinson died at the scene.
