22-year-old woman charged with murder in Rock Hill shooting

A 22-year-old woman has been charged in connection to a deadly shooting in Rock Hill, according to police.

Officers responded to a home on Horseman Drive near West Main Street around just before 4 a.m. Saturday.

Upon arrival, police said an 18-year-old woman was found dead on the patio from a gunshot wound. The firearm believed to be used in the shooting was recovered at the scene.

Detectives identified Jamorria McClinton as the suspect and arrested her at a relative’s home. She’s charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a crime of violence.
