MINT HILL, N.C. – A routine storage unit purchase turned into a drug bust when Hickory Grove officers responded to a call made by the purchaser. An individual reported finding what appeared to be packaged drugs within the items in the unit.
An investigation was conducted, leading to the seizure of almost 25 pounds of suspected cocaine, over three ounces of suspected methamphetamine, and approximately 0.89 ounces of suspected fentanyl.
