CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A suspect has been charged in connection with the drive-by shooting that killed four-year-old, Caleb Flax.
According to court documents, two suspect vehicles with seven suspects arrived at the scene and turned off their headlights. Each suspect brandished a firearm and collectively fired at least 84 times into four separate occupied residences and three unoccupied parked vehicles.
Terrance Jackson, 22 has been charged was accessory after the fact and is being held under $2 million bond.
