Charlotte’s largest affordable housing provider names new leader
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte’s largest affordable housing provider has a new leader at the helm. The Inlivian Board of Commissioners appointed Heather Franklin as interim president and CEO, effective Friday, October 2nd.
She is a 25-year veteran of the agency and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. Franklin steps in for Fulton Meachem, who retired last week after 14 years leading the agency. The board plans to begin searching for a permanent replacement in the coming weeks.
