WCCB and the Carolina Ascent team up for a spooky night of Halloween fun

All this week on Rising, we’re showcasing the Carolina Ascent FC. The Ascent are getting ready to hit the pitch against Lexington, S.C. this weekend! So, grab your gear and head over to American Legion Memorial Stadium on Saturday, October 31st for a spooky night of soccer, trick or treating and costume characters!

Fans will enjoy a variety of pre-game, half-time and post-game experiences. Director of Fan Experience Vicky Bruce joined Rising’s Adam Wurtzel and Taylor Miller in studio to talk about the big game on Saturday. Fans will enjoy themed experiences and fun for the whole family – especially four-legged members. Plus: there’s a ticket deal… SCORE! WCCB is helping make the game more affordable for families. Fans can get two youth tickets for $18 with the purchase of a qualifying adult ticket – starting at $18. There’s also a giveaway! Fans can claim “Howl-O-Ween” dog bandanas courtesy of WCCB (while supplies last).

The pre-game tailgate begins at 4:30pm with Trunk-O-Treat, candy, canine activities, music, games, trick-or-treating, costume characters throughout the stadium, local vendors and animal rescues. WCCB is also sponsoring a Howl-O-Ween canine costume contest. Join us Saturday night as the Ascent take on Lexington!
