$2 million winning Powerball ticket sold in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, N.C. – Someone from our area will take home a $2 million prize after Saturday night’s Powerball drawing. The winning ticket was purchased from the Sam’s Mart on Highway 49 in Harrisburg. The lucky winner bought a $3 Power Play ticket.

And, a $2 ticket won a $50,000 prize at the Stallion Monroe on US 74 West. There was no grand prize winner, which means the Powerball is now up to $793 million for Monday’s drawing.
