FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) β Two jurors have been questioned by the judge in the murder trial of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez.
The two were brought in Thursday morning after Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh called Hernandez and his lawyers up to have a private discussion at the bench.
The 12 jurors spent a combined nine hours deliberating on Tuesday and Wednesday. They have not yet begin deliberating on Thursday.
Hernandez is charged with the June 2013 shooting death of Odin Lloyd, who was dating his fiancΓ©e’s sister. Lloyd was shot six times in an industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez’s home.
Jurors must deliberate every day from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and may go later if they wish.
