Amber Alert Canceled For 2-Year-Old Boy Abducted From Clayton, N.C., Mother Arrested
CLAYTON, N.C. — An Amber Alert has been canceled for a 2-year-old boy from Clayton, N.C. who was believed to be abducted by his mother, a wanted murder suspect.
Camille Nechelle Singleton, is awaiting extradition from Georgia to face charges in North Carolina. Police arrested Singleton on Sunday at a Walmart in Fulton County.
Police say she abducted her son, Dior, from Crawford Parkway in Clayton, N.C. Police issued the Amber Alert Friday after talking to his father who is deployed.
We’re told Dior is safe.
