CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A missing woman who has Down Syndrome has been located and is being reunited with her family. Β Zakia Luck, 35, was last seen leaving her home on Sedgeburn Drive. Β
She allegedly got on a Charlotte transit bus but never made it to her sister’s home on Yateswood Drive. Β Investigators say Luck functions very well and is independent. Β
