Police Bust Meth Lab In Stanly County

STANLY COUNTY, N.C. — Police say two people were arrested in Stanly County for making meth inside a home. Β 

Tara Poplin and Gregory Sanders are facing felony drug charges. Β Bethany Horne was arrested inside the home on an outstanding warrant. Β 

Detectives say a Clandestine Meth Lab was located inside the home on Pauls Crossing Road in Richfield Thursday.

Poplin is facing the following charges: manufacture meth, maintain dwelling to manufacture meth, possess-distribute meth precursor, possess with intent to sell or deliver meth, possess with intent to sell or deliver meth precursor.

Sanders is facing the following charges: manufacture meth, maintain dwelling to manufacture meth, possess-distribute meth precursor, possess with intent to sell or deliver meth, possess drug paraphernalia.

Horne is facing the following charges: probation violation and failure to appear.
