Β A missing Gaston County woman is now accused of faking her disappearance to avoid possible jail time. Β North Myrtle Beach police confirm Amy Arrington did not drown.

She has a lengthy wrap sheet with convictions that date back to 1992. Β They include credit card theft and identity fraud charges. Β Warrants from last year accuse her of forging checks and using another person’s bank account number. Β On top of that, Arrington goes by several aliases. Β All of these facts are a huge clue to detectives that the story behind her disappearance wasn’t Β completely air tight.

Detectives are calling Amy’s bluff, but are you any good at spotting a liar?
