Β LENOIR, N.C.– Β Officials with the Lenoir Police Department are investigating after a 15-year-old male was shot and killed Friday night.Β
Police say that around 11:19p.m. officers responded to a 911 callΒ from Atwood Drive in Lenoir, where a caller reported that there was a shooting victim inside anΒ apartment.
Upon arrival, Officers found a gunshot victim inside an apartment atΒ 307 Atwood Drive. Β
The Lenoir Fire Department and Caldwell County EMS also responded andΒ pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Β
The Investigation into this incident is ongoing.
