CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating a fatal wreck that happened Wednesday morning in the University area. Β
Investigators say Montel Bullock, 19, was killed after his car ran off Mallard Creek Road and hit a tree. Β
Police do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash. Β Detectives are asking anyone who may have witnessed the wreck to call 704-432-2169.
