CHARLOTTE, NC – Hundreds of Palestinian supporters rallied in Uptown Saturday.
The group marched from Romare-Bearden Park to Trade and Tryon, carrying signs and Palestinian flags.
Supporters of Israel say the ground attack in the Gaza Strip is necessary to destroy Hamas tunnels and rocket launchers used by Hamas militants.
But Palestinian groups say innocent people are dying, and they want world leaders, as well as the United States to step in.
