Piedmont Airlines Flight Attendants to Protest at CLT Douglas International Airport

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — On Thursday, flight attendants with Piedmont Airlines are planning to protest outside of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Airline workers are pushing for higher pay.

They held a picket last month at Philadelphia International Airport and voted to authorize a strike.

Piedmont is a subsidiary of American Airlines and operates about 65 daily flights out of Charlotte with around 150 flight attendants based in the Queen City.
