CHARLOTTE, NC — 34 minutes is the average time that a new study says families in the UK spend on quality time with their family per day.

On weekends the number goes up, but only by 3 more minutes. 8 out of 10 parents blame long work hours and commutes.

American families aren’t doing much better as the Pew Research center finds parents spend 21 to 37 hours per week with their kids. To make it worse, much of that time is admittedly spent silently watching television or playing on different tech gadgets.

So how do you spend time with your family, and how long? That’s what Rising wanted to know as we Crowdsourced your family habits.
