GASTONIA, N.C. — Officers say a decomposed body was found behind a Pizza Hut in Gaston County.
According to Gastonia Police, a man’s body was located in some bushes on S. New Hope Road. There is no word on how long the body has been there but officers say long enough for the body to be badly decomposed. At this time, foul play is not suspected.
Officials believe it could be a missing person. The Medical Examiner’s Officer is working on identifying the male.Β
