
CHARLOTTE,NC– A man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for discharging a firearm after an altercation at a Charlotte restaurant.
Reports say a judge ordered Gerald Wayne Hairston to serve 120 months in prison for federal firearms violations.
Hairston was reportedly arrested after he pointed and fired a 9mm Ruger at a crowd outside a restaraunt on Pineville Mathews Rd.
He then fled scene and was later apprehended by police.
