LINCOLNTON, N.C. β Narcotics investigators conducting drug interdiction surveillance in eastern Lincoln County arrested one man and seized more than a pound of marijuana from his vehicle and his residence.
Investigators stopped Terry Jacob Knox, 26, of Brook Path Trail, Denver, NC Monday near the intersection of Optimist Club Road and Oakbrook Lane and searched his vehicle, where they found a pound of marijuana.Β Investigators then took the Knox to his residence where they discovered another half-pound of marijuana.
Knox was charged with two felony counts of Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana and two felony counts of Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for a Controlled Substance.Β He was also charged with one felony count of Possession of Marijuana.
Knox was taken before a Lincoln County magistrate and placed in the Lincoln County Detention Center where he was processed and released after posting a $20,000 secured bond.
