Two Men Sentenced For Hickory Shooting

HICKORY, N.C. — Two men have been sentenced to multiple years in prison for their involvement in a shooting that injured a man in Hickory. 

Xzavier Smith and Anthony Tucker were both convicted this week in Catawba County’s Criminal Superior Court. 

Smith was sentenced to no less than 78 months in prison.  He was convicted of felony accessory after the fact to attempted first degree murder and accessory after the fact to assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injuries. 

Tucker was sentenced to no less than 80 months in prison.  He was convicted of felony discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle.
