STANLY COUNTY,NC–Police have arrested a Lexington South Carolina man accused of multiple accounts of indecent liberties and rape of a minor.
Stanly County Sheriff’s say they had reports from a victim of multiple indecent liberties and rape incidents occurring in February of 2014.
Sheriffs were able to get warrants for Joey Burns Harkey, 59.
Harkey was located and arrested in Lexington, South Carolina and transported to Stanly County Detention Facility held on a $1,000,000 bond.
