Β Charlotte is the fifth most sprawling big metro area in the entire U.S.! Β At least, according to one advocacy group. Β They say sprawl isn’t good, because it leads to poor health, poor air quality, and traffic issues. Β And while residents are fueling sprawl, the city is doing a lot to develop Uptown. Β So we’re asking you guys: should the city grow up or out?
