Animal Shelter In Need Of Assistance Following Deadly House Fire In Mooresville
MOORESVILLE, N.C. — An animal shelter in Mooresville is asking for donations after taking in pigs without a home following a deadly house fire on Monday.
Shelter officials say although they normally support all the animals they take into their private tiny rescue on their own dime, these pigs were not planned and they could use help before the upcoming winter storm.
The rescue is having to build new shelters for the large pigs and feed is needed.
Anyone able and willing to donate can do so by visiting the rescue’s GoFundMe here.
