UPDATE: Police have charged 18-year-old Eric Sloan Jr. for the murder of Felicia Clinkscale. He is currently in police custody and will be transported to the Mecklenburg County Jail once he is finished being interviewed by homicide detectives.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a domestic related argument left a woman dead in Charlotte.
Investigators say Felicia Clinkscale was shot by someone she knew while she was sitting inside a vehicle on Columbus Circle in west Charlotte.
Police say the victim’s boyfriend drive Clinkscale to a local hospital where she later died from her injuries. No arrests have been made at this time.
