
LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Police say they arrested two people for selling meth to an undercover officer in Lincoln County.
Investigators say Richard Welsh and Windy Stroessner were arrested Friday after officers stopped their vehicle on Highway 321.
After searching their vehicle, police say they found precursors needed to make meth.
Welsh has been charged with trafficking meth, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stroessner has been charged with trafficking meth, possession/distribute meth precursor, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
