CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A tractor trailer accident has blocked all lanes on I-485 at Harris Boulevard. The wreck happened around 12:30 p.m.
Crews do not expect to have the outer loop of I-485 reopened until 4:30 p.m. There is no word on what caused the truck to overturn. No serious injuries were reported.
The tractor trailer was carrying large rolls of paper.
