Bank of America Stadium Upgrades for Playoffs

Β CHARLOTTE, NC — The Panthers continue to prepare for Saturday night’s postseason showdown with the Cardinals.

While players went to work on their practice field, the Panthers’ grounds crew did the same on the playing field, laying down new sod and replacing the Belk Bowl logo with the Panthers logo.

Quarterback Cam Newton says he’s banking on home field advantage on Saturday. Β “The best thing that we have going is that we have a home game,” he said. Β “I’m expecting, just like we all are, that Bank of America will be rocking on Saturday, and we’re going to need everybody’s help, you know, like no other. Β It’s just going to come down to the team that makes the less amount of mistakes.”

Cam says he learned from the mistakes he made during last year’s playoff loss to the 49ers.
