LINCOLNTON, NC — A man wanted for arson, car theft, and a bank robbery is keeping police in two counties busy tonight.
Jean Pierre Gendron is now wanted for setting his girlfriend’s home on fire in Cherryville. Police say he then stole her car and drove it to Lincolnton to rob a bank.
These are surveillance pictures from that robbery at the People’s Bank on Wednesday. Gendron is believed to be driving a 2004 Burgundy Nissan Altima with North Carolina license tags ZWK-5567.
