Everyone pretty much knows (and loves) the N Charlotte Scion family. This innovative bunch of automobiles offers a quirky and unusual way to hit the road while still being affordable and efficient! We are, however, about to bid two of them goodbye. The N Charlotte Scion xB and Scion xD will be retiring at the end of this year and two new vehicles will be taking their places!
What will this new Scion SUV have to offer?
Enter the new Scion iM and Scion iA! These new Scion cars near Charlotte will be making their debut later this year, and we just got wind that a THIRD new Scion will be added to the lineup… an SUV, to be exact! We’re pumped to see a N Charlotte Scion SUV enter the lineup, as there is no other SUV option and we feel that it’ll expand the appeal of these funky cars even further. We’ve got the scoop on some of the rumors about a new Scion SUV and what it may have to offer when it arrives!
Here’s the deal – rumor has it that this new Scion SUV near Charlotte will be modeled after the popular Toyota CH-R concept car! That would make it a pretty much direct competitor to the likes of the Nissan Juke and Honda CR-V (which we’re totally OK with). Here are some of the elements we liked about this Toyota Concept SUV that we’d like to see on a new Scion SUV near Charlotte:
- A low stance and center of gravity – this improves handling drastically, especially around corners!
- A hybrid drivetrain – this would allow for a greener performance, as well as major savings when it comes to fuel costs for this new Scion near Charlotte!
- An eye-catching exterior! The Toyota CH-R would actually fit right into the Scion family with its futuristic, sleek exterior, sporty spoiler, and flared wheelwells… not to mention that bombastic purple paint hue on the exterior!
