YORK COUNTY, SC– A York county man pleaded guilty to child porn charges Thursday.
Leroy Junior Moore, was arrested by police after he was discovered illegally downloading child pornography videos and images over Lowe’s free wifi.
Reports say an off duty officer noticed Moore sitting in a vehicle in front of Lowe’s in York, watching videos of minors engaging in sexual activity.
The officer reported the man to Lowe’s employee’s who alerted police.
Once police arrived and questioned Moore, they discovered he had over 400 videos and 1,475 images of minors engaged in sexual activity or in a sexually explicit state.
Moore was sentenced to 6 year active sentence and received credit for 157 days served.
