Tropical Storm Ana is responsible for some illegal “sea weed” washing up on a North Carolina beach.  A couple came across a suspicious brown package while walking along Atlantic Beach Sunday, so they decided to call police.  Turns out, it was 13 pounds of marijuana.  Would you have turned it in?
