Warming Through The Week

Weather Headlines:
– Warming up and staying dry
– A strong, but mainly dry cold front this weekend

A splendid remainder of the week with dry conditions and temperatures warming. An area of high pressure builds in through the rest of the week allowing dry conditions and a warm up to take shape. Highs will push 60 degrees on Wednesday with low 60s to close out the week. Saturday will be the warmest day of the week with mid to upper 60s before temperatures tumble on Sunday. This weekend will be a tale of two seasons as a mainly dry cold front will drop high temperatures 15-20 degrees between Saturday and Sunday.

We will watch Sunday closely as an area of low pressure tracks offshore. Both long range computer models have the Piedmont dry with one model bringing snow to the Mountains and possibly into the Foothills. For now, it does not look like we will have much moisture to work with, but we will watch trends.

Tonight: Clear. Low: 30. Wind: Calm.

Wednesday: Sunny. High: 59. Wind: SW 5-10.

Thursday: Sunny. High: 62. Wind: W 5-15.

Have a beautiful week!
