Cupid’s Undie Run in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cupid’s Undie Run is happening in the Queen City, Saturday, February 12 at The Union, 222 E Bland St.
Cupid’s Undie Run (CUR) started in DC in 2010. Since its inception, CUR has raised over $21.7 million. 100% of the proceeds go to the Children’s Tumor Foundation.
CUR’s mission is to accelerate the discover of a cure for Neurofibromatosis (NF).
NF is a rare genetic disorder which causes tumors to grow on the end of nerves. 1 in 3,000 births are affected by NF. NF affects all populations equally and can affects everyone differently. There are 3 types of NF. There is no cure, but research funded by CTF led to the first (and only) FDA-approved treatment for one type of NF.
