LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Lincoln County Deputies have charged a 37-year-old Denver man with 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor after he admitted to illegally downloading child pornography.
Eric Reymundo Fierro, 37, was arrested and taken into custody of the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond for his involvement in the following incident, according to a news release.

On February 10th, Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives were investigating cyber tips that were received from Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC).
Police say the cyber tip expressed concern that a suspect on Whispering Way in Denver was downloading images and/or videos of child pornography.
Detective Sergeant Dan Renn went to the location and made contact with Eric Reymundo Fierro, the suspect in this case.
Fierro admitted to downloading the reported material, according to a news release.
